Q: My product is irregular in thickness. Can you still print on this product?
A: Our rubber rolls are available with different degrees of softness (durometer) to allow for differences in thicknes.

Q: Do you supply ink?
A: We do not supply ink. Please contact us for the name of a supplier near you.

Q: Is it better to use water based inks or solvent based inks?
A: It depends on your product, coating, etc. Please contact us for more details.

Q: The ink is drying too fast or too slow. What do I do?
A:

Check with your ink supplier for recommendations, so as not to break down the integrity of the ink.

Q: Can you supply us with add on peripheral's such as bulk hoppers, sorters, vision systems, conveyers, lasers, etc.?
A:

Just let us know what your needs are. We can work with you to supply you with all that you need.


Q: If I change products, how long does it take to change over to print a new product?
A:

If you have a DELTA Model, change over time is approximately less than 1 hour.

The Flat Bed machines, depending on whether or not your machine is equipped with quick changes pins may take several hours.


Q: What is the normal delivery time for a machine?
A:

It depends on the model and options you choose. Please contact us for more details.


Q: Do you stock replacement rubber rollers and how do I get one if I need it in a hurry?
A:

We do stock rubber rollers and we can overnight them to you.

If your roller needs modification such as a step cut, please allow 5-7 days for delivery.

We also stock an extensive array of parts. Contact us if you have an emergency. We have what you need when you need it.
